Application Forms
Most services provided by the GPD can be requested via a simple
letter detailing the kind of information or service required.
To further assist and facilitate your needs the GPD has prepared
a number of application forms that can be utilized to request
a specific service. These application forms may be downloaded
from this website by following the appropriate links.
Application forms duly filled in as appropriate should, unless
otherwise indicated, be forwarded to the Government Property Division,
Auberge de Bavière, Valletta VLT
2000. You are advised to read carefully
the application forms before filling them in and submitting them. All
forms are in pdf format and therefore require the Adobe Acrobat

in both Maltese and English whilst others are provided only in
